I tried various thing to achieve this but nothing worked as I want it to be!
I'm trying to put a texture/effect on a certain part of an animated model.

- I tried exporting it in Milkshape3D with "DirectX(JT)" in "Retained Mode" and the texture/effect on the limb actually works, but in this mode the animation is all messed up (looks like the limbs are not really welded to each other)!

- Then I tried "DirectX Skin and Bones" mode, but that just would not let me put a texture/effect on a limb! The model just doesn't change after I use the commands (but animation works)!

- I also tried exporting the model to DBO from FragMotion but that was the same as above. (texture/effect not being applied)

- I thought about loading the model from "Retained Mode" and then appending the animation from "Skin and Bones" exported model, but I had no success at it...

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
I'm stuck with this right now and it is very important to me!

Now the plot thickens, the fps decreases, and the awesomeness goes through the roof.
