I wanted to download the current efxmod v.2
but it is only a 6meg downloadnot including the mod at the main website http://efx.helixsoftware.eu/
Seems to be missing some files, am i wrong?
Has work been discontinued of this mod?
Did the developer pull it off for some reason?

No, just create a folder named 'flex' into the 'files' folder of FPSC and you're done.

Actually, the archive contains the mod. Everything you need for running efxMod is included - FPSC-Game.exe. Nothing more.
v2.0.1 and up does not need the additional flex folder btw.

Soon, there will be a bigger pack including a script library and documentation/guide.

I really need the latest version with scripts and documentation as my project is going to be using EFX and I can only achieve the settings I want in test game at the moment.

Really glad they updated it for the latest source code.

I thought the file pack was incomplete because when I executed the FPSC-Game.exe file.
I get a Runtime Error 8003 Could not find path at line 18155.
Did I miss doing something to get this?
I have the latest DirectX already installed.

thanks
