Hello guys, I am new in animating 3d models in 3ds max 9 and I have a question...

Does anybody know how can I create different animations to the same model without creating a copy of the model and change the animation?

If you guys know and can tell me or if you know a website or another thread that might help me, please, leave me a message on this thread.

Thank You!

Key frames ^_^

Most animations should return back to te starting pose, and from that you can then create another animation. If in the case of a death pose or something or other where the mesh ends differently, then copy the first Keyframe and paste it after the last keyframe so you then have a starting posiiton.

Use the tutorials in the help; files that come with max, you shouild see them on first startup, it shows how to use the keyframing system.

Hope that clears it up, speak up if you have any questions,

-Con
