Open up the segments .fps file in notepad (should be in the same folder as the segment and have the same name) and see if it has this line:

effect0 = effectbank\bump\bump.fx

if it has, change it to:

effect0 =

and see what happens.

It seems to happen when I upgrade. Lights worked fine in V1, and the demo, but not V1.16

See if it works by turning shaders off.

That's strange. I too have windows 7 and ever since I started using Project Blue my lighting has gone haywire. I have used Efxmod, Fenix mod, etc. Individually none of these mods gave me this problem. Now I haven't been able to revert my lighting back to normal.

EDIT
Actually my problem had to do with duplicate segments so I apologize, that was irrelevant.
