When you ordered it, you should have gotten an e-mail listing 2-4 weeks. When mine was shipped to the midwest US, it only took about a week. I assume the smae for you. However, you can download the files in the meantime by looking in your order history.

It says that you will be able to download fpsc online in 24-72 hours, but it usually takes less than a day.
