Thank for your comments.

I use MatEdit for making matrix then I have own editors to place object on matrix and for creating collision zones. Cars are modeled in 3D Studio Max by my friend.

yes, track is 40x40 matrix
its arcade racing game, where you collect powerups for more fuel and time and race against computer. There will be only 3 types of car and 3 tracks (in competition is 5MB limit).

Looks real nice guys!

Looks kinda "Touring Car" right now - will you have room in the 5MB for more trackside scenery - It might add to the sense of speed

Yeah, it's looking very nice, although it really could use some trees or shrubery around the track
Just out of curiosity, how are you doing the AI? Waypoints?

Thank you!

As I said, we now work on final levels with trees, bariers, houses etc. AI is combination of waypoints and collision detection around car.

Wow lots of great driving games for this comp!

Penguins says....

Remember folks drinking, and driving is a bad idea!
Only trained monkeys were used during the making of this game!
Any resemblence to anyone using the Apollo forum is purely coincidental!
None of the trained monkeys have been harmed so far, so drive carefully!

Penguin.
