Anyway, I'll probably add some more details like some big bolts. The model is 1.8k polys at the moment, that isn't to high for a vehicle. But what do you mean by gun metal grey? Here are some screenshots, hope you like it! "

Holy Crap!!!!!! Dude! You went above and beyond my expectations! As for the texture, take a look @ the pic I attached to this post. Basically the same color as that, only with a more greyish hue. You can put the logo I was telling you about where the X is.

I may be interested in your car. Will you be selling it at TGC store?

@chris redfield: thanks! I hoped to make some free high quality models, because there is a lack of them. I hope these are good enough. I'll try to finish your tank tomorrow!

@Viriatos: I'm not old enough to sell models in TGC without permission from my parents. I would love to though, but I don't know if these are sellable quality.. Anyway I might sell that car on my and afrokid's site.

@DarkAngelOblivion: Thank you, I hope I can get it done! I didn't do anything on your house yet but I'll start on it asap, first going to finish chris redfield his tank Do you have any reference pics, or do you want me to just come up with something?

hmmm well i cant find much images of what it will look like, so you just make it up as you go along but i will tell you the important aspects of it i want you to make.

Two stories,
Holes in the walls so player can pass through,
the rundown feeling,
windows with no glass,
hole in the roof so player can see ground,
grungy,
and the exterior dosnt have to look that good at all because the player will never get out of the house,
And most of the usual rooms eg: bathroom, lounge room, misc rooms, kitchen.
If you got model pack 3 or any other segment model pack im sure you can just use those textures. And above all enjoy yourself! I'm not making you do it.
And keep up the good work, i'm sure you'll get far

@darkangeloblivion: Holy **** that's one big request I'm not sure if I'm able to do that. The texture is going to be 4096x4096 if it will be 2 levels and if I need to make the floors and stairs and walls and all. Normally a model like this would cost a hack a lot of money. I'm not sure if I'm going to do this one but I'll try. Which century should this house fit in? classy, or just regular? And what do you mean by the rundown feeling?

Just regular, and what i mean by the rundown feeling is i mean like model pack 36 and that other one, like everything is fallen apart and is barerly standing up. But it dosnt have to be big. If you have played CoD WaW and played Natzi Zombies then something like that accept a bit more housy like style, not bunker like style.

@ GameRetardo: Good! Good! TOO GOOD! Just one thing thats missing... the rivet lines(where the armour plating was bolted together). Would you please add those in? that's all it needs, then you can post the download.

@ General Jackson: Why the symbol? You(and others)will get the awnser to that question... In good time...

The house is looking good, GR! Keep it up!

P.S.- I was hoping the rivet lines I wanted you to add would break up the texture a little bit...

oh okay, I didn't change much, just added some dark lines and changed the metal between the lines so it really looks like it's made from different plates and not one continues texture with just same dark lines in it

@chris redfield: No problem, glad to hear I helped you. As for the 2nd tank, I don't know if I'll do it. Quite busy atm, still a few requests to finish. If nobody else has requested any models by the time I finish all of them I might consider

EDIT:

The tracks are too high poly anyway

holy molly that house looks the best! But could you please remove the plank from the window because it will make it hard for me to get the zombies to smash through it. But that house, i.... i'm lost for words. So far it is just amazing.

@chris redfield: too complicated for me.. and would be pretty high poly was well. remember I'm still really new to modeling

@nathan: Thanks a lot buddy! really appreciate it Oh you can request if you want to, that's what this thread is for. The only downside is that you'll have to wait a while I had a great christmas with my puppy (Bo). Happy new year to you as well!

@darkangeloblivion: thank you, I hope you'll like it. removed the plank and I'm modeling the doors in right now I think I'll take a day off for the rest of the day

That's alright. I may have a car or something for you to do sometime after New Years Eve, or whenever your not swamped. Oh, almost forgot: Happy New Years!!!

P.S.- Which do you think would be harder? a round shaped car(like 1940's era vehicles), or a square shaped car(like 1980's era vehicles)?

after looking to see what some people were making on this forum, i think this one would be easy
i just need a soccer goal and a soccer ball.
all i request is that the ball looks like the following Nike T90

Thanks

the round shaped car would because that consists of more polygons and would be harder to smooth the edges.
