Dark GDK / fatal error with dark GDK

can some one tell me why i am getting this error, when ever i try to run sample program given on website

"1>c:\program files\the game creators\dark gdk\include\darksdkcamera.h(16) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'd3dx9.h': No such file or directory"

i have installed this DX GDK august, n visual C++

DX GDK? you mean SDK? oh well, did you install it in the right order?
1- VC++
2- DX SDK
3- DGDK

Go to Tools > Options > Projects and Solutions > VC++ Directories then show directories for Include Files, is there a path to the Microsoft DirectX SDK include files? (Mine is: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft DirectX SDK (August 2009)\Include")
