okay its good for your first thing, to improve i'd recommend that you go onto the zclassroom and watch the getting started portion of videos, from there move onto things like the industry tutorial on there and so on, also z brush can handle millions of polies with ease so don't be afraid to subdivide it a few times and add a lot of detail
