Hello,

I'm hoping someone could give me an example of how to setup a bounding box for an object so that I can get the sliding data using dbGetObjectCollisionX, dbGetObjectCollisionY, and dbGetObjectCollisionZ.

I'm not sure exactly what to enter for the dbMakeObjectCollisionBox parameters.

Basically I just want to be able to create a tight fitting bounding box for basic sliding collision.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi,

I have played with the internal collision commands and would recommend using sparky's or another collision Lib.

Thanks for the reply.

I looked into sparky's collision, but I don't want to use spheres. Is there anyway I can use sparky's collision library to generate sliding data from a bounding box? Is there a way I can use an ellipsoid/capsule instead?

Thanks!
