I think he's foreign, I bet I sound the same when speaking another language. I think he wants an HUD that looks like you are looking through army goggles, like to protect from snow, and wants it to look like there is some snow on the outside. I think I might try real quick...

EDIT: eaither that or he is using a word-for-word translator.

EDIT2: Actually, it seems I havnt gained mad photoshop skillz overnight. But I think I understand what he wants. Any more experienced HUD makers want to try?

If the soldier goggle needs you, then I'd visit her pretty soon.

I would have thought it would be it should have a texture, not be a texture.

It's so nice to have someone who understands me. That's probably not something you want to divulge on your psych eval, but I do enjoy it.

Just getting some in-game shots and finishing the script.

I could not resist. Not many people know exactly what was just said between us.

Two variations... snow and blood spattered.

The attached download contains both HUD images and a script for each.
To use: assign one of the scripts, (snow or blood) to any dynamic entity or light marker as it's main fpi script. If distance will be a factor, be sure to set the entity properties to always active.
Press G to put on or take off the goggles. Of course, you can create any type of activation script you like other than the ones I supplied.

Brian.

I don't even want to think about that anymore. If I never see another protective mask in my life it'll be too soon.

The reason I wasn't helping him is because, well, look at his "fear competition" thread.

If I remember correctly, I once read a post by leosmontu indicating that he(/she) was Turkish, like me. Also, from what I can tell, his(/her) english has improved majorly.

I was thinking of making goggles about two days ago, but Brian seems to have beaten me to it. I guess I could just make... different goggles?

Again; a language has nothing to do with racism. Here is the definition of "racism":

1. The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.
2. Discrimination or prejudice based on race.

Please stop using that word out of context (which goes for others that have done so before you, as well).

Fine, it just made me upset, that's all. I was not in a good mood, I might've stated things incorrectly. I apologize.

No problem; I just see that word tossed around a lot, incorrectly. It's a strong word, and should be reserved for it's purpose.
