Hi Everyone,
I ordered FPS Creator Bananza and I was able to download all of my model packs, but I never recieved the email that is supposed to be titled FPS Creator Download Instructions. I'm getting worried... does anyone know what I should do? I have the FTP all set up I just need the login info to download my software. Thank you!

The TGC team don't work weekends and they are away for the holidays until around the 2/3 January.

To Nicky-
I don't think that is so because I had email correspondence with The Game Creators only yesterday, anyway I hope I get my login soon, I'd like to download my software.

to Brian-
It isn't in my spam folder and I filled out a form about 3 hours ago. It says they have 43 forms in the que... how long should this take for them to get to mine?

I'm just going to followup this thread now that it's all resolved-
TGC followed up my form about 4 hours after submission and said they were having problems with the FTP server, and they gave me a direct link to put into my browser which started the download. I'm not sure if this is how they are doing large downloads from now on, or if this was just a temperary solution, but either way if your reading this with the same problem you might want to take the same path I did.

Well, you can either wait for your download to arrive, or the boxed copy that will come in a little while.. There's no difference between the two besides the fact that the boxed copy has a seperate serial key from the digital one.

I got my confirmation email and it told me to download via browser in an archive file (exe/zip can't remember), which I was pleased about because I didn't have to install some FTP program I'd never use in the future

Yeah, but since I never got the confirmation email my next problem is getting my serial key...
