I do not believe so, the FPS creator FAQ states that it is the largest it can be.

Actually, the source for the map editor was integrated in the V1.16 update. So, technically, yes. If you're working on a mod, and you want to take up more memory and slow down the engine's performance, you can make the grid larger.

I don't see the point of that however, I mean it's quite huge as it is in my opinion.. I've never had a level taking up the entire grid, and when I had I used some clever portalling techniques so that it LOOKED like the level went on, but it actually teleported you to a different layer.

But even doing that can be tricky and might cause quite a punch on the performance, it's better to create a new level for the next part if your level is getting rather large, or the loading times will just be pure evil.

yeah, the plan was to have a island, you could explore oon youre own. Sandbox stylish. We also have some scripts to make the game less laggy, since we was planning to have the map so big

But i guess we just split the island in two or three parts
