I see at your site that package 36 is being offered as a free download for registered users. I am registered, but have not seen the download site for this package. Can someone give me the address?

go to your order history (Click order history)

and there should be some text saying :

Quote: "PS Creator Model Pack 36 is available to download for free. For more details click here. To download the pack click here."
