3 Dimensional Chat / Greyscale to normal map

I have a greyscale normal map texture. I can't figure out how to make it into a normal map texture with color. How would I do this in Blender. I attached the greyscale.

If it hasn't exploded yet, I haven't touched it.

Here it is put through NVidia's Normal Map filter plugin for photoshop (google it, its free). You'll never get a perfect effect generating normals from an image, true normal maps need to be rendered from a 3D model to give the best effect, but if you're just looking for some added ridges and wrinkles in the model then the image I've attached should do fine.
