Hey guys! I want to begin programming in fpsc, but I have 1 question (well actually 2).

What programming language is it?
Where can i find newbie tutorials???

IT's called FPI.

it's FPSC's own scrpting language. it is very very simple.

the best way to learn it is to read all the scripts in the scriptbank. sooner or later, you'll just... get it

FPSC uses the programming language Dark basic pro. You can find it by googling it I dont wanna provide a link now cause im about to go to bed. Anyway, if your gunna buy dark basic pro then also make sure you get the latest version (U74) and the U74 extras which has the fpsc source in

In this case if you know FPI that doesn't mean you have a clue how to program.. FPI is FAR from anything logical when it comes to actual programming or any other scripting language around, I've never seen anything else use this redicilous state/triggers/actions format in their language.

Programming is, when you're not used to FPI quite a bit easier in my opinion, since it's a lot easier to make up what

means for beginners then the following does.


I'm pretty sure I did it wrong here, but hey I'm no FPI scripter so what do I care? Never bothered to try and make sense out of FPI scripting since it bothers me so much.
