Dark GDK / Problem with direct x

Running vista 64 with directx 11.
Got C++ in and DarkGDK

When I try to install directx 9 i get an error.

any ideas?

DarkGDK wont work with out it!!

1>c:\program files (x86)\the game creators\dark gdk\include\darksdkcamera.h(16) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'd3dx9.h': No such file or directory
