First off, I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but I could not find anything using the search feature. Lets say that you enter a room with no weapons. You find a M4A1 and M16A4 (referring to EAI's weapons). You also find five magazines in the room. Since the M4A1 and M16A4 both share the same weapon system and ammunition, is there anyways to make it share the same ammo? Such as the HUD shows that the M4A1 has [30/120] ammo and the M16A4 the same. When you empty a whole magazine with the M4A1, and reload [30/90] should be the ammo HUD for both guns. I just want to know if this is possible with basic scripting or would it need to be programmed through a mod. A side question also. Is it possible to lose the remaining rounds in a magazine when you reload the gun when it is not empty. Let's say, that you got a M4A1 [30/60]. Then you fire off 15 rounds which would leave you at [15/60]. When you reload, could you make it [30/30] instead of [30/45]? Thanks in advance for any help. I would really like to know this stuff since I am the type of gamer that enjoys realism in his games. If you know of any ways to make my games more realistic, feel free to shout!

This is currently only possible in the Project Green or Project Blue mods by using the bindammotovar gunspec function.
