I've noticed this problem on a few so called cylindrical entities of mine. is it possible to fix?

notice the non-smooth lighting on the object? is this because of the model or the lighting? is it fixable? if so, how?

It's easily fixed by changing the lightmap quality in the setup.ini file, just don't put the quality too high because it may cause the level to stop working (if this happens, just reduce the quality or put it back to the original state)

This is just one solution, there may be others that I don't know

If it happens only on some entities, it's because their normals are bad , use some other pipes...

If you find changing the lightmapping quality doesn't solve the problem you may need to apply a smoothing group to the pipe model in a 3d modelling application.

I see. it's on quick lighting. the pic came out blurry for some reason
