Well I wouldn't pressure him, but lighting is yet another thing thing CoZ excels at so yeah, a tut would be great.

just brain storming, but tutorial videos would be a good idea for the Game Creators Store.

I personally wouldn't need it (since I'm already good at lighting), but it would definitely be a great help for the community since getting good lighting can be quite difficult so go for it

I've never seen any lighting tutorials around. I'd love one, it would help immensely with level design!

EDIT- read the lighting tutorial. very helpful, although a light coming from a souce behind an object wouldn't light the front of said object. I noticed the front of the barrels lit when the top and bits of the back should be lit.

Since I've kind of left FPSCing I wouldn't personally use it, but I'm sure it'd be beneficial to the community.

I think it would be another great addition as well to the Official Community Guide if Nickydude could get it in there; But yes, I'd love one also

Life would be much easier if I had the source code.

I agree. I have always had problems with lighting. This would be very helpful. Nickydudes manual was very helpful for me when I started and because there hadn't been any tutorials on lighting I have continuously struggled with it.

I wouldn't use it personally, but as other have said, it'd be a great resource for those who are clueless about how to light their environments.

I agree, I really think a lighting tutorial would be beneficial to the FPSC Community and useful to myself.

Unfortunately I don't have time to go through threads and posts looking for stuff to add to the guide like I used to, but if people are willing to send tutorials (and perhaps other up to date stuff) I'd be happy to add it to the guide.

@F l a t l a n d e r: I wasn't the one shooting the video, that was my mate. I was the one vanishing into the distance on the sledge as I got launched over the snow ramp
