Hi all,

I'm completely stumped by this I have set up an entity to follow a waypoint (by adding is character=1 to the fpe) and it all works fine. But I also want the entity to be able to travel over areas where there is no floor, but it gets stuck before going over the edge (due to characters not being able to fall off the level). So I removed ischaracter=1 and set up the entity exactly like the anti gravity platform (with the appear nogravity script etc.). However, my entity still got stuck on the edge of the floor, but the anti gravity lift continued. Does the anti gravity platform have priorities which mean it can follow waypoints and go over open areas, or am I missing a command somewhere?

Thanks.

I think you need to have the waypoint a little off the object, ive experience this problem B4 and its a pain. Place the platform so its a little off the edge and then try adding a waypoint just next to it and see how it goes.

I'll add you on MSN, See if I can help there

OK, thanks Bigsnake. I just tried again, and it appears the anti-gravity platform can't move over open areas either. Does anyone know any way to get around this?

Invisible segments will work if you can use them.
