Started to play with milkshape, I got the basics of it. But wondering why or how, I can fix the black parts.

Looks nice so far.

The black parts are faces that are facing away from the camera. When you create faces by connecting vertices, the order that you click the vertices matter -- The face will face towards the viewport if you clicked them in a counter-clockwise direction, and they will face away from the viewport if you click the vertices in a clockwise direction.

To fix the ones that you have, simply select the faces that are black, and then go to "Face -> Reverse Vertex Order".

you have to reverce the vertex order of the black faces. so just select the black faces then go to face, then choose reverce vertex order

edit, sorry did not see you already answered him,;

Screen update. Adjusted the faces, So now they are showing the right way. Question... When doing a sword, Should i copy/paste the parts, And flip to make the other side or extrude?

Try checking the "Ignore backfaces" button in the Select tool options. That will make it so you can't accidentally select vertices on the other side of your model.

When you're working with large models, it's also convenient to simply hide parts of the model you aren't working with at the moment -- Ctrl+H will hide any vertices or faces that are selected, then you can use Ctrl+Shift+H to unhide everything once you're ready to start working on a different part of the model.
