Since Dark GDK needs Visual C++ Compiler to run once, I have a question...

Where is the compiler????

Because I have searched through the files, but I can't find the compiler....

Hmmmmm...

Do you have Visual C++ 2008 installed?

If so, run it and compile a blank (default) project.

Then install DirectX SDK & Dark GDK.

You need to run the compiler once so that when the other files are installed, libraries and headers link to Visual C++ automatically.
At least that's what I think.

if your looking for the save location of VC++ it should be in MY Documents. If the compiler isnt in My Documents then then try re-downloading the file but be sure to select Save File instaed of Open or Run.
