@hexy123
I tried what you told me to do, but it's still giving me this :
"Runtime Error 1512 - Display not supported by available hardware at line 0."

I'd post my specs but i can't figure out how to view them on windows 7

change your screen resolution to something your monitor supports. the resolution is in the setup.ini. for example

width = 1440
height = 900

My monitor is already set to what it's supposed to be, and it's still not working. im thinking of buying another harddrive and putting windows XP or maybe Vista on it... JUST for FPS Creator...

Is it because of the Direct x9 and direct x9C issue?

You don't need to install Direct x11 just install x9 and they'll work together

Just install direct x9. Also, you got to run FPSC x9 as an administrator, or turn off the UAC.

I have windows 7 x64 bit and I could run fps creator, with some mods maybe you should change the compatibility of the FPSC-game.exe to WindowsXP SP2.

You can't uninstall it, and as already stated you don't need to.

Get DirectX 9.0c from here.
