I am not sure if I understand the rules of distributing my game.

Do I have to buy a license to upload my game if I won't make any money on it? I think I don't have to.

I upload my game with some ads on the website, do I have to buy license?

I guess I have to buy a license if I upload my game and sell ingame items?

Edit: I don't have to purchase visual c++, right?

If you have not purchased a commercial license for Dark GDK, then you cannot legally sell your games.

I suggest you read the license that comes with Dark GDK.

And no, you do not have to purchase Visual C++ Express.
