I have been wondering whether or not to toy with the fog in FPSC for quite a while now. I am always having trouble with framerate and wold like to know if using fog helps with this. If you could also tell me how to use it, that would be greatly appreciated as well.

Thanks for the help!

You can activate it through script commands.

:fog=1 - Turns fog on
:fog=0 - Turns fog off
:fogred=X - 0-255, sets the red value of the fog
:fogblue=X - 0-255, sets the blue value of the fog
:foggreen=X - 0-255, sets the green value of the fog

Not in any of my tests. It seems that engine still draws everything within a certain distance.

You can set it under the Build Game option.
