i updated now but i afraid that i my games will go slower because i hawe only 0.9 ghz

Because there are still some of us that use a lower version on an older computer and it runs fine. Upgrading is not an option on some older machines. It actually slows down worse with an upgrade

I'm afraid you probably will not find a Fenix mod version you can run on your system.
