Hi,
I have Problems with scaling (.x) models.
They seem to have their center anywhere else, than in the middle (where I see the yellow Point in 3DC), so they change their position when they are scaled.

The DirectX Viewer shows the model correctly and centered.

Do I have to set another center manually in DarkGDK or 3DC?

Regards

What I think the DirectX viewer does is that it aligns the models vertices so its center (origin) is in the middle of all the vertices.

The solution would be to either align it yourself when you load the object, or make sure the origin in your modelling program is in the middle of your models vertices.

Hi,
I am sure, that the origin in the modelling programm is in the middle of the vertices.

How can I align it, when I load the Object? Is there a DarkGDK function?

Regards
