I am writing a 3d app which has two view ports.
(into the 3d terrain scene)

I'd like to know if it's possible to have 1 window be black and white (greyscale) and the other be color.

Example: A tank console in color, which a small monitor on the tank console which is an IR scene of the battlefield.

Thanks SO MUCH for any answers which help me accomplish this!

Dan.

It's possible.

Just apply a shader on one of the cameras which averages the 3 colour channels together.
