First off, make sure that you're linking it by going up to Project >> "project name" Properties >> Linker >> Input, click on the "Additional Dependencies" field, the "..." button, and add "DarkPhysics.lib" to the list.

Secondly, download this driver and install it.
http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx_9.09.1112.html

That should make it work. This will also make Halewood's Fulcrum Engine work as well.
