From my own understanding of the situation, the (former) administrator of Real Game Tools was the one who created the current IDE for DBPro, wheres the progammers of GameCreators work on the compiler of DPPro. With the recent collapse of Real Game Tools, Is GameCreators going to begin attempting to fix and update the various bugs within the IDE, or are we going to have to move to one of the in development 3rd party editors to see any of the features/fixes we've been hoping for?

We will not be updating the current IDE ourselves, we don't have the source code for it and don't program in Delphi even if we did. There are several very decent looking alternatives in the works.

someone needs to re-create "Visual Studio.NET" for dbpro.
shouldn't be that hard

Oh, but it can... The ones being done by David89 & Beavis certainly look quite good - just have to see how they progress.
