i have a half life mdl model (nicked of cstrike actually)
but when i load it and play it goes through all the frames right
up to the last frame in the model , exept instead of changing animation it plays the first one again over and over. its very anoying
does anyone have a workaround other than making thirty-something models with each of the animations?

Make the object play from one set of frames to another. Managing animation is a bit tough but you can't just Loop Object and expect it to play just like you want

no but thats not what i mean. i mean i cant acsess all the
animations in the file, it just plays the first one over and over
.the ffirs animation in the model is 60 frames long, but when i set
the animation to frame 70 its actually the same frame as 10
even though thew model actually has more than 3000 frames of animation in total split into 42 differant separate animations.
(its the sas model from cstrike)
i mean that dbpro only loads the mirst animation in he list

Yeah, I know what you mean. Most Half Life models have several animations; idle, fire1, fire2, draw, reload etc.

DB Pro only loads the first one, and loops that. I hope Mike fixes this in Upgrade 6.
