Hello all, I've finally gotten around to putting this up.

Rules:

You are to submit a screenshot from FPSC that matches the theme for this compo.

You may:
-Use a mod for features like water, bloom, etc.
-Use a photo-manipulation program (photoshop, the GIMP, Paint.NET) to modify your entry.

You may not:
-Use a picture that you didn't create.
-Use an image from a different engine than FPSC

Something I'm changing, simply because I think it was a bit unfair (and since Bond's Metro shaders are out, X9 is almost on an even playing field) is that X10 will now be allowed. The two will be judged separately, and both will receive prizes, and get to pick the next theme for their engine.

This Competition theme is: World War II

Entries should be in two weeks from when this was posted (Feb. 10, 2010)

The judge, if he still wants to, is chargerbandit. May the best screenshot win.

Prizes:

1 custom non-animated entity by Coach Shogun 20
1 free sci-fi edit of a gun by Shadowtroid (note: You must have the gun creator's permission if it didn't come with FPSC)
1 copy of HoleZ

(need more prizes. If you would like to donate one, please post in this thread or email me. If there are no other prizes, then I'll offer 3 simple entities instead.)

You can keep it up there, but add something to it: The winner must have the gun maker's permission. If you payed for it, that could be copyright problems. I pretty promise not to steal it, but even I know I can't be trusted. I'm much to new to be trusted. And shady. My name is "Shadowtroid"! WW2 was fought between two sides, the Allies and the Axis. The Soviets, Brits, and Americans were the big three of the Allies. The Republic of China was an Ally not an Axis. Germany however supported the Chinese in the 30's I believe, but did not become allies. The Soviets fought against Nazi Germany on the eastern front, and participated in some battles to the south against Japan. America was almost everywhere in the war. Against Nazi Germany during the Invasion of Normandy, Fascist Italy during the Italian campaign (launched by Operation Husky), and Japan in the Pacific theatre. They also took battle in other places such as Africa.
