I am using several FPSC models in my DBPro development project, the problem is I need to add some additional animation, for things like crawling etc, and I want to change the mesh/textures to match the players uniform...

To date I have tried to load the .x files into Blender, 3DS max, Truespace, Maya, and none of these will import the object mesh and animations... can you please tell me how TGC create these and how I can change them... or are you basically saying you can use them but only in the form they are, which appears to be the case?

Not sure how TGC does it, download FragMotion. It's an animation tool. Milkshape will also do the trick nicely
