TurtleLauncher is meant for FPSC games and those other what needs no coding. (Normally, your game's shortcut will be on desktop, but now there will be this)
Only with few clicks, you can create a launcher for your FPS Creator game like professional games have.
-You can load video or image from hard drive or from internet
-Supports original video and image formats (All Direct Show formats for video formats and bmp, png, tga and jpg for image formats)

Loading videos and images from internet is professional. If you want to change an image every month (like advertisement) you must only change the webaddress.
