I've been bored recently now that im unemployed, so i've decided to learn to model, and found that google sketch-up seems to be pretty easy to use, so i've been making 3D models of buildings near me.

I've got a .x Export Plugin for it so i can load these in DarkBasic.

You're doing well, nice job. You have a good sense of what 3D buildings should appear like.

Thanks, the one on the right middle and the one on the left bottom cant be exported as far as i know as they use photo textures from google earth, (I dont know how to get it to export these textures aswell), but all the others export fine with all textures, althought they do export without line highlighting, i suppose id need a shader to add that back in darkbasic.

There all buildings near where i live, The one that says "Magnetic House", (Top Left), i've altered and added the floors so it has 3 floors inside, and i've textured the inside of the model aswell, I figured that one needed it as its basicley a glass paneled building.

Personally i like the library, (Top Right), although it was one of the hardest as its an odd shape and had fiddly windows

Edit: I think im going to attempt adding the Stairs.
