Hey!

I never animated my models and now i need some special enemies for my game, so I gave it a try. Rigging the bones to the body works pretty good. Well, the animation doesn't looked right at all.

So here are my questions:
- Where can I find the animated FPSC skeleton?
- How many frames should an animation have?
- How many frames should the whole animation have?
- Do you know some good tutorials for Fragmotion?
- Do you got some good advice for an animation-beginner?

Here's a picture of this worm-thingy:

Oh yes, I'm working with Milkshape 3D.

Best regards,

- McCrazy

There is no ammount of numbered animated frames, the more frames means the slower the animation, the less frames means the faster the animation. how many frames is up to you, all I can sugest is to experiment, practise makes perfect. the more animating you do the better you get at it. usually I use around 100 frames to start a animation, then i add to it. but this is just me.a good looping animation like an idle should have a good 500 frames so you dont see a loop happen even if the loop is perfect.

Okay, that answered some questions, thank you.

I'll give it another try the following days.. I should practice with easier animations
