Hey guys. I am using project Blue V1.7 with Coz shaders but they aren't working... I can get motion blur and bloom which came with PB but Coz's are not working at all. The ones i am trying to get working with his are:

EAI Gun Shaders,
Bumpton V2 (think its the same as the above),
Depth Map - from evolved.

Does anyone have any idea why these shaders are not working? I removed the full screen shaders and applied them to individual objects to see if it would have any effect and no luck. I have now removed bloom and motion blur so if there is any change evidencing the shaders working i will spot it. Could i please get help with this guys. The Shaders look awesome and i dont like it when i see them not working .

The gun shaders are not compatible with 1.7.

All I remember was Ply mentioning that weapon shaders weren't compatible as of V1.7. I've gotten CoZ's shaders to work as well and have never tried the weapon shaders after I saw Ply's statement.

Not sure how well a depth map would work with PB. Typicall DoF shaders require additional information from the shaders on every object in the environment.

As for the weapon shaders, that's up to you to figure out. I was informed that my custom system was removed and so the stock system was in place.

S4 removed my shader system because too many people couldn't grasp how to use it and complained to him about black textures, grey textures, models not showing up, etc.

Understandable, users getting confused and angry. Yet I think they should keep it, shaders are usually for (more) advanced users (except for bond's shaders, quite self-explanatory).

Why not use a Mod.ini option to choose which weapon shader system to use?

(If there is no problems with this ill add yours back in )

If you don't mind, hockeykid. The code should still be in there, commented out.

Don't worry too much about it, I haven't seen much call for ultimate shaders yet. But without it, my custom weapon shader (that did everything) won't work.

I think i am going to make a tutorial for the application of shaders. I had a rather large conversation with bloody games last night explaining how to do it so i think a tutorial is needed. If all goes well it should be up at some-point today.
