Dark GDK / Installation Problems.

I ran Dark GDK.msi, which then created a folder called dgdk in E drive, which contained a file called Dark GDK - 161107.exe, when I run it I get an error with something about not being able to read the package, and that the .exe is corrupted. I've tried to restart my computer, and I've downloaded it more than once, and I just can't get it to work, can anyone suggest anything that I could do?
