I'm trying to make a level unload so that I can load another one...to do this, I need to delete the StaticRigidBodyMesh for the level...but for some reason it dbPhyDeleteRigidBody() doesn't work...it does nothing...the collision data is still there, even after I delete the object...is this a bug in DarkPhysX?

if you are removing all your object to load another lot in then dbPhyClear() might do the trick.

edit
In basic we don't have that command we only have..

When I use dbPhyClear() it clears all collision data, I don't want to delete the character data for PhysX...just the level...I mean my God...does ANYTHING work right from The Game Creators. I mean, it's like everytime I buy something from them...I get a bloated app with tons of functions and features that don't work...what kind of company does that...this is insane!

Christopher Reeves did you try dbPhyDeleteRigidBody( ObjectId ).

unlike a DarkBasic coders, you do have a choice, and thats is to call physX code direct, by calling the delete actors or what ever it called Nvidia PhysX.

Yes there are few bug in Physx plugin but when it was being fixed the first time round there where only a few coders that had brought it, so very few to find the bugs and have them fixed.

Taken me three years just to work out how to use most commands and to find some workarounds.

And thanks for letting me know what happens when you use phy clear, now I know that it works but not selectively, cheers.
