Ok I think I knew the problem. Do your RPG's get stuck in mid air? I just re-downloaded it from the store. That solved it but I had DarkOwens Apache aound me on a small map. I will upload a photo 4 u. The Apache heli has and invisible box around it and the rpg does not like to be so close to it.

Always resart FPSC after downloading any new weapon from GCS. In the case of flak weapons (like the RPG), sometimes the PC needs to be restarted and/or run FPSC-Cleaner app.

@EAI For some reason when I shoot an RPG at an enemy after aiming down the sights, the RPG always goes through them, but without using the scope it can hit them.
What's the problem?

Fenix v1.1? How close are you, etc. Sounds odd. Maybe the flak is somehow being spawned too far foreward when zoomed. Try it also in stock v1.16 and tell me if the same thing happens. If it's only in Fenix, there's nothing I can do about it. I'll run a test but flack bugs can sometimes be tricky to repro.
