Hi,all. I have a question now. I couldn't sleep last night because I kept on thinking the answer. The question is :
1.Can I use a free model ( I am sure it is free) to make my fps creator game for sale.
2. Can I use a free model to re-edit it for fpsc ready, and sale it?
Is it illegal?
Please tell me. Thanks.

It depends if the maker of the model lets you use it for commercial or non-commercial usage. It should be stated in the readme or on the folder.

Yes , I think so
But the problem is that in the readme.txt, the maker only told us his name and that the model would be used in his new game.Nothing else. and I can't connect with him because he didn't leave his email address.
Oh, how can I do, Please? thank you.

If you don't know whether or not the models are free for commercial use, I wouldn't risk using them personally.

Life's just a game.

..it was probably made using FPSC.
