I saw my hero Omega dueling his brother Ultima on a circular island in the middle of the ocean during the worst storm in 30 years. He was fighting valiantly, never giving up. With every slash of his staff, I would think that his blows were getting much stronger. With every strike Ultima threw at him, he would parry, and slash back. He wasnt giving up.

He dashed back and unleashed a star screen, which engulfed Ultima in flames. While the flames still danced, Omega burst right through them for an opportunity to get a great shot in against Ultima. With one mighty slash of his staff, Ultima was propelled far back from his original position, staggered and confused.

Omega dropped his staff and went into a rage I've never seen him go into, he relentlessly beat Ultima like he was a rag doll, I've never seen him act in such a manner. It was scary. It was cool.

But this is when the battle changed. Ultima got back onto his feet, and burst away so fast, I couldnt even see where he went, let alone Omega. I was amazed that I might be doing this one day, being as strong and fast as those two. But my happiness soon shattered as I saw something that I never wanted to see.

Ultima reapeared right in front of Omega, and with one thrust, shoved his spear right through Omega's heart. With one final kick, Ultima knocked Omega off to the ocean.

What I saw was devistating, as I saw my Hero, my best friend, falling into the stormy waters below mortally wounded, to die at
a watery grave...

So, how do you like my little tale? Confusing? Pretty good? I'm sure you figured out I'm not the same Omega from in the story. If you must know, its one of the 5 main characters from my project "Darkside of the Cresent Moon" describing his view of an epic mid story battle between arch enemies, and brothers. I've got more to add, if you want to hear any more of my mindless babble

Here, I'll continue, but from a different characters point of view...

What I saw was devastating, as I saw the one I loved fall to a watery grave.

We were all devestated, Jr, Zack, and I, Amanda. The only one proud of this was the one that was the cause of it, Ultima.
I looked over a Jr., his 3 year old self couldnt take it, he was crying like there was no tomorow, screaming that it wasnt so. I looked over at Zack, and he was mad. You could see the anger in his eyes.

Out of no where, I heard a scream, and Jr. rushed Ultima. He was stupid to do so, as he was easily beaten aside. Zack followed. He dashed toward Ultima, and was beaten aside just as easy. Ultima started walking toward me. I was desperate. I ran to beat the living daylights out of him. He knocked me back even harder, so I tumbled to the same side Omega fell off. I guess he thought it was funny I might die with my true love. Lucky for me, I grabbed onto the edge of the cliff.

I looked below me, this was the end. But something surprised me. There was a giant whirlpool forming where Omega had fallen in. Could he have survived that? Could he still beat Ultima. The whirlpool grew bigger and bigger, till the oceans floor was revealed. Showing something that I wasnt hoping to see, but at least he could help, who ever he was.

He was just standing there, dark green tank top, baggy tan pants, black boots, long, spikey grey hair, and something that reminded me of Omega, his warm, Red eyes...

lemme try to change this a bit, to really show a 1st person POV..

PT 1


It was a Dark Gloomy night, and we had the worst rain in 30 years, but that wasn't my worry, because out on a small Circular island, My hero Omega, was dualing his brother, and his enemy, Ultima. From what i could see, the fighting was relentless, Omega and Ultima, two brothers, to people who should herish each other, engaged in battle. I could never feel what Omega was feeling, cause I could never fight a sibling like that, Let alone strike a sibling with a staff like Omega was. Throught the total length of the fight, all i could think about, was how could Ultima take so much pain, it was unreal, kind of like Ultima wasn't human. I looked up, to see Omega in the air, trying to bring his staff down upon Ultimas head, but Ultima had other plans, as he released a star screen, which had covered Ultima in flames, a hiding technique. As i watched I still could not understand how much hatred there could be between the two brothers, but it had to be immense. Then i saw it, Omega burst through the flame sheild, and took a swing so hard at Ultima, that it sent him across that island, but to no avail, as Ultima got right back up. After that, it appeared as if Omega lost it, he dropped his staff, and swiftly glided towards over to Ultima, pounding him with punch after punch, until Ultima was nothing but a bloody rag doll. This was a side of my Hero Omega i had never seen before, a Darker side to him. At first i felt scared, but then after relizing, he's my can do this, i felt reliveed. Then everything changed, Omega turned for a sec, and Ultima ran away, extremely fast. That was when i saw it, Ultima appeared right infront of Omega, and thrusted his spear, peircing omega's chest. Then one kick, and Omega ended up in the ocean, and I couldn't stop crying.

Well, in case you werent aware of this, the 1st story was from Jr.'s view. The second was from Amanda's view. I like telling stories and then changing who is telling you the story from their view.

Liquidz: Correction, Omega launched the star screen blast. Basically, he just launched a whole S*** load of fire energy out of every part of his body, and it engulfed Ultima in flames.

I dont know what I heard, or where it came from...

"Wake up"

I thought I was going insane, was I hearing voices in my head?

"Wake up, I'm here to help"

I opened my eyes, just to see I was surrounded in water, a red cloud emerging from my chest. What happened?

"Good, your OK"

It then all came back to me, the fight with Ultima, he beat me. What happened to Jr., Zack, Amanda? I hope they're all ok.

"I'm here to help"

I decided I was going crazy, how else could all this happen? I was hearing voices in my head! I must be crazy, with all that was kept secret from the world for so long, who could blame me.

"Trust me"

I didnt care anymore, whoever he was, he was here to help. So I sat back, and enjoyed the ride.

"Whatever" I said, though it pained me to do so.

"Good, you wont regret it"

I was engulfed in a white light, and I blacked out again.

All of a sudden, I woke up, surrounded by curving walls of water, a huge double bladed sword in my hand, and a different look. Whatever this guy did, he helped me, a lot. I jumped back onto the island, to see my friends, battered and bruised, and my adversary, standing there, scared and surprised to see me.

"So, did you miss me?" I said, with a deeper, darker voice.

Hey, I didn't actually read it Omega because I hate stories unless they have some sort of sordid sex scene involving nuns and mountain gorillas. However, at least you're planning your game and you've got vision. I bet most people don't give a moments thought to a story line, so good work on that.

Btw, here's the story line for my new game:
Sam wakes up and sees his entire family dead. Downstairs on the kitchen table is a note. It reads "My name is Final Big Boss and I killed your whole family. You will find me across town." Sam steps outside to find a chainsaw lying on his doorstep, and makes his way across town, severing limbs and decapitating peoples en route.

There is a sub plot which goes like this:
Sam gets to a pub on level 5 and dismembers the barman who is infact the end boss of level 5. The bar maid who was forced to work for £2.90/hour is eternally grateful and offers to join Sam in his quest to kill the Final Big Boss. As soon as they step outside by pure fluke she is killed by the first monster they meet, thus elimating any need to code any clever AI for the woman.

Finally sam reaches the Final Big Boss who says "Prepare to die." followed by a big long laugh. Sam is then forced to strafe around final big boss emptying every shot from every clip from every gun into the Final Big Boss. The final big boss will look fine until the last pistol bullet enters his left thigh at which point he will pause and say "arrghhhhghg. You may have defeated me, but I'll be back and I'll kill your gran!! awwwahhrhhghg" at which point he'll collapse into a pile of steaming mangled flesh.

The camera will pan around the rotting flesh then zoom in on Sam's face. Sam will say "bring it on!" and then it will cut to the credits. Which will be my name looped round and round and round until everyone is dizzy.

Now come on!! That must be the best, most intricate and most original story line any of you have ever heard.

Hey omega thats pretty good! If u were at my school during Story & Essay Writin' season then u would probably get one of em rare A+++'s
I once tried making a story line for my games. No i would never share it here though, not as dramatic as urs though but i reliesed one thing from that one big mess.
...
I absoulutly SUCK at writing, making or designing serious games. I mean i am more suited to making games where you busts rocks whith your head or make fun of rpgs like FF and the rest of em digital novels. If i were to match myself with a company i would probebly something closer to Bull frog (a uk company).
Hell, actually UK games are the funny ones. (Conker's bad fur day, LAMO) u are more like hmm...something serious. I'll stick with wacky. You work on that game. And it better show up in the BETA announcements.

oh and Omega came back to life awfuly quikly

Well, since I can see through your sympathetic facade, I'll tell you.

Read the story that starts with "Wake Up".

Actually, thats not Omega, but if you've been to the IRC chat room when I was on my chaotic rpg battles, you would know who actually jumps from the bottom of the sea. His name is Antillia, the Demon King. He's the one saying Wake Up, Good your Ok, and I'm here to help. Weird, you'd never think the devils right hand man would sacrifice his life for a 15 year old that wants to save the world.

In game, before Omega gets stabbed, theres an actual...



*swats fly*

well anyway, theres an actual planned battle between Ultima and Omega. Obviously, in the first half, you beat him easy, then he gets real hard to beat, and its only a matter of time before your beaten. Then, I have it planned that..



*swats fly*

stupid bugs, I have it planned that there will be a cut scene there, Omega's sinking into the water, a clowd of blood billowing out of his chest, the Demon King contacts him, sacrifices himself, and lets Omega use his body to defeat Ultima. Another battle follow's, and this time, you'll whip Ultima real good. With one final blast (in another cut scene, after you beat Ultima) Antillia launches a Supernova, and destroys the island they're fighting on, with Ultima along with it. Thats the battle that ends the first half of the game (or so its planned.)

err.. sympathertic facade? um. dont know what ur talking bout... ............

alright maybe i wuz a bit of...nevermind.
But one thing for sure is u write better thene most of the ppl in my class, ill just tell u that. I mean this guy did a Lord of the Rings clone, it was horrible. My friend did a "The Ring" clone, and all I did was make a story about how all the kids banned together and burned down the school because of French class, and tied a rock to the principles leg and pushed him in to the deep end of our poool...right about there it occured to me for how much days I will be suspended. So I wrote a story about a cat and got a B+.

Mine wasn't a sympathetic fascade. My was genuine. I think its a shame when people take the piss out of someone elses hard work. My follow up story was just complete crap for humour value, but I do genuinely think its good you value story line. I do also seriously doubt it'll become a game, but nobody's perfect. I can't be mr optimist all the time.

It wont become a game till I get Project Wolven and Decoy complete, then it might be a little easier to develop right.

Project Wolven will be a world editor that will be open source mainly for development of world editors for specific games.

Project Decoy will be a model animator, the original was programmed by Kentaree, I'm going to tweak it a bit and call it my own but I'll give most of the credit to Kentaree.

Once those two are done, the rest of my projects will be far easier, and I wont have to stress on finding a 3D modeller that'll do this for me in an efficient way.

I decided that game development is going to be only a part of the things i am going to do. So now I've taken up everything in between. (e.g 3D vector animation, Modelling and 3D rendering, web design andt he rest of the crap) so now not only am i developing at a dead rabbit's pace but i am actuallty go slow enough to bother to make my stuff look good.

oh yea and my stupid game reviweing site thing yea gota finish that up too.

As soon as I said that, he dashed, spear first right at me. He was desperate, I could tell. As soon as the spear was in punching range, I snapped it in two. He stumbled back, amazed on what I did.

"How did you see that charge?" he said, in a startled voice.

That kinda confused me too. I've never been able to see Ultima's charges before, well, not until that guy did whatever he did to me.

I rushed at Ultima, figuring that the giant Double Bladed Sword in my hand might do some pretty decent damage. I slashed at him, direct hit. He stagered back, holding the giant gash I made from his colar bone to his left foot.

"H..H..How?" he said, in a painful voice.

It seemed whoever helped me did a lot more then bring me back from the brinks of death. That means theres someone stronger then Ultima somewhere. Not a pleasing thought.

Before I had another chance, Ultima burst away again. He jumped real high into the air. He must be ready for his finishing move. He IS desperate. So why not do the same?

"Suuu...ppperrr...nooo....."

I started chanting the incantation for my Supernova blast in Magi Toungue. While I was chanting, Ultima's face got a real scared look in his face. He held up his hand, and started assimilating the surrounding demonic energy for his finishing move. He wants to finish me off badly, if he's that scared.

Before I finish my incantations, Ultima fires his blast. The Black Hole Spear. What happened then was a blur. At least I could make out stopping the spear in mid air and firing it into space. Then, I had my chance. I finished the incantation, zero shifted right in front of Ultima, and blasted half of his body off. The rest of his body landed to the ground with a "thump", and it zero shifted away. He must still be alive, guess he's more tolerant than I thought. With the battle done, I decided to rest. But, I fell unconcious again.

When I woke up, I was back at the Neo Wolf Clan's HQ. I looked around, to see all my fellow clan members, and my fellow magi looking back at me, all with a smile on their face.

"I guess...I won" I said, gleefully.

I was back to normal, whatever that guy did to me was temporary. I lost a chunk of my power, and I no longer had that huge sword anymore. Bummer. But one thought keeps haunting me. What is my brother after...

Well, life in the Neo Wolf HQ got back to normal. I had to watch the hilarity of Jr., Zack, and Amanda adapting to the desert climate. We got back to military issues, attacking enemy clan bases. Even taking over a few (we got a pretty good one in Britian.) And every time it rained, we had our usual party. Amanda, Jr., and Zack seemed to be really glad for what little rain came to the desert. I dont blaim them, it got real hot lately.

After a few months of peace, I assumed that Ultima must be taking a little break from his scheme. So, I decided to have a little fun. I taught Amanda and Jr. how to pilot a G-Mecha (Zack didnt want to learn, since he was fine with his ability to pilot a D.O.R.U.) I also got them fitted in the Neo Wolf armor (just for a laugh.) Amanda even started helping us fight a few battles against the Montolvo Army. The entire time was real fun. But I knew it would end one day...

Then it did. We heard the usual alarm that signified of an attack. I looked out my bedroom window, and saw a mech I've never seen before. But I knew one thing, it was an Ancient. With my own Ancient being destroyed on the raid of Montolvo Base, I would either beat it down with my own bare hands, or hoped our 53 G-Mecha could stand up to it. I left, demanding that Dark Knight, Nuken Knight, and Snakebite keep everyone at the base, including Amanda, Zack, and Jr.

I dashed out to the battlefield, with my BowCannon mech. Hopefully, it could stand up to a little bit of the Ancients firepower, so I didn't have to waste as much energy. But, it was obliterated right away. What a waste of $55,000. So, I jumped out of the smoldering remains, and landed face to face with the Ancient.

Turned out it was just an invitation. Or more of a combat dare. Ultima wanted me to fight him on the Serpent asteroid, which was convieniently placed as far from any human life as possible, right on the outskirts of pluto's gravitational (if any) pull.

I immediately headed off the next night. I didn't want to worry Amanda or Jr. (Zack would understand,) so I left while they were sleeping. Now, I just need to worry about what Ultima wants now.

I've been traveling through space for 2 weeks now. I can only hold my breath for a few more days, and I'm starting to feel a bit light headed. I gotta find Ultima soon. Then I gotta beat him to a pulp.

But then a scary thought crossed my mind. How will I get home without losing what little breath I had left? Then, it hit me. I coulda zero shifted there then entire time. D'oh. Well, I decided zero shifting would be a good idea right about now. Thus, I zero shifted to the Serpent Asteroid.

When I arrived, I saw Ultima there, meditating, channeling demonic energy. He opened his eyes and looked up at me. I noticed how he got himself healed from our last fight. Wonder how he did.

"You havent trained a bit since our last encounter, have you" he said.

"No, I didnt" I replied, keeping a cool tone in my voice.

Being Magi, we could hear each other speak, even in space. I'd love to see the look on the scientists faces that see us talk in space. But I had more important matters to attend to. I manifested my Magi Staff, and I charged at Ultima. Then, I was engulfed in the same white light that engulfed me before. I thought that effect was temporary.

"Good, I wanted to fight Antillia the Demon King, not Omega the wimp" vaguely said Ultima.

At this point I was confused. My name was Omega, not "Antillia the Demon King." What was he talking about? No matter, I can worry about that later. I dashed at him with my staff, and he parried my staff with his own. Guess he learned to manifest Magi Staves too.

Our fight was more evenly matched this time around. With every punch I threw, he would punch back, with every kick, another kick to my face. We fought each other for hours on that Asteroid, throwing the occasional energy blast. I was getting impatient, I wanted to defeat him, now. So I bursted back, and started my incantations...

"Suuu...ppeeerr...nnnooo..." I chanted

"Heh, try as you might, you can't launch a supernova in space, no oxygen for the fire" Ultima said.

"VAAAAA!!!"

I finished the incantation, and thrusted my hands forward to release the blast. But Ultima was right. Fire needed oxygen, and I had no way to generate enough for a decent Supernova blast. Ultima took the opportunity, and blasted me with his own blast. Seems he doesnt need oxygen to do any of his special attacks. Not good, I'm outmatched.

I was forced out of the roaring energy Ultima launched at me, and Ultima followed. He beat me like a rag doll, like I did when we fought on that island. He punched one real strong punch, and knocked me halfway through the asteroid. This was it, I was gonna get killed. For the first time in 5 years, I started to worry...

Then, I was engulfed in another white light, what was happening now...

The rest was a blur. Everything happened so fast. All I can remember were a few of Ultima's screams, and a few explosions. That, and...

"Heh, I knew you were gonna stop me one day, I was just hoping it was after my plan" he said.

I knew he had a plan. Now to know what it was.

"Tell me what it was!" I demanded.

"I was going to stop the Earth Government."

"What? What are they doing?"

"They're going to bring the Earth to 'sanctuary'"

"Say what?"

"They're going to kill what little people still live on earth"

"WHAT!!! WHY?"

"Because Montolvo is back in office, and he wants to finish the job he started 20 years ago."

"Montolvo, I thought he was the leader of the rouge bandit groups."

"No, he's much more than that."

"What is he."

"He's a devil. He's going to summon the powers of hell to have Jupiter crash into Earth"

Now that sounded crazy. But being a Magi, and seeing what we can do, I wouldnt be suprised if this actually came to be. But, how could I know if it was the truth.

"He's also, the sixth Magi."

"Sixth? I thought we were the last 5!"

A sixth Magi? No way! I awakened the powers of the last 3 in existance, and Ultima awakened my own Magi powers. But, a sixth? How?

"Yeah, a sixth Magi. He's the one that awakened my powers."

"He's an awakener? Another Egyptian King?"

"Yeah."

Now, I was too scared for words, I couldnt speak, so I let Ultima continue.

"But, there is a way to stop his plan. Find Montolvo and kill him before 'The Year of Gods Revival'"

The Year of Gods Revival, a year all Awakeners anticipated. It was when one of the was chosen to have the powers of the most powerful gods ever.

"Thats when he'll start to pull Jupiter to Earth. Once its on the move, theres no stopping it."

"Well" I said in a calmer voice than before "I got 3 years before the 'Year of Gods Revival.' I can find him before then."

"But, theres no way! Before, NO!!!"

A magic rune appeared under Ultima's fallen body. It flashed in a blinding light, and when the dust settled, Ultima was dead. Now I gotta find Montolvo, and beat him. Knowing this, I zero shifted back home to Earth, and started thinking.

I had 3 years of time to search for this guy. After seeing what happened to Ultima, if that was Montolvo that did that, I gotta train, hard. I left the Neo Wolf HQ, secretly, like before. The only one that knew about my leave was Necromancer. He promised to keep it a secret.

I headed straight for the one place I knew I could train the hardest. The Gateway to Hell, an Ancient Egyptian Tomb where whatever the mind thought, would happen. Perfect training spot.
For two years, I trained in that miserable place, picking up usefull skills as I continued. One I must note, was complete domination of the Demon Kings powers. I could become this 'Antillia' any time I wished.

On my 17th birthday, I decided to go and have a little rest. I went back home to the Neo Wolf HQ, expecting a warm welcome. But, I didnt see what I was hoping. The entire place was destoyed. Completely and uterly destroyed. Everything glowed a faint green. I suppose this Montolvo guy nuked the base, trying to wipe me out. Guess he missed. I searched for survivors, but, no one was anywhere near. I hope none of them got hurt, or worse. I hope, most of all, that Amanda is alright.

I kept searching around, hoping that I would find one trace. My search led me to a cave shaped like a wolves head. This was our old base, when we were all but a handful of people. I went inside, just hoping someone was alive in there. Thankfully, I found everyone inside. Including my fellow Magi. Everyone greeted me a happy hello, especially Amanda.

I explained to everyone why I was gone for two years. They explained what has happened while I was gone too. Montolvo launched nukes at the most powerful clan bases, wiping half of them out. The Neo Wolf base was third in line, and Dark Knight thought ahead and saved everyone. Zack explained that most of the clans are working together now instead of waring, and Jr was too estatic to tell me about his past two birthdays. We had a week of fun, it was my last chance to have any before we find Montolvo.

But the problem is, where is he?

"Smash, Clang, Slash"

The thunderstorm roared, the lightning clashed, the wind howled its mighty howl! The two most powerful Magi clashed in the storm, Omega and Montolvo. It was "The Day of the New God", one of them would be chosen to become a new god and join the ranks of all the others. But as the battle continued, it looked like it would be Montolvo. Montolvo's grasp on Jupiter was too great, and Omega needed to slay Montolvo or else Earth would be destroyed. Omega didnt care if he became a god, he just cared about all his friends, his family, about all the people on earth. That is what kept him going in a fight that he could never win.

Montolvo beat Omega aside with his Magi Staff every time Omega got back up and rushed him. Omega tried everything he had, fireballs, supernovas, uproards, starscreens, even the deadly "hell's call." It was hopeless, Montolvo's "Sanctuary" would come to be, everyone would be killed, the earth would be destroyed. Omega was beaten like a rag doll when the clock tower rang. "The Day of the New God" was over. One of them became a god...

Omega decided that he had no chance, Montolvo would become the god and have earth destroyed, and live through it and then destroy the colonies on Mars. Omega made one final rush, everything that he was fighting for had flashed in his mind, and with one strike...

Omega was beaten, Montolvo shoved his staff right through Omega's heart and killed him. Earth would be destroyed, there is no stopping it. Montolvo rammed the staff that impaled Omega into the wall, to show everyone that he was a new god, and that they would all die a horrible death.

Everyone felt it when Omega screamed his last cry. In Russia, Jr. immediately started weeping. At the Neo Wolf Base, Zack heard it, and broke down into dispair. Amanda, who was visiting Paris at the time, heard it, and couldnt even cry she was so sad. The people of earth all heard it, the all turned their heads to the source. It was a terrible day that would be the end of them all.

"It took me 20 years to get this far, and win" states Montolvo, who breaks into a hideous laugh.

Montolvo started to walk away, thinking to himself "I am a god now, I can do whatever I want, no one can stop me." He was engulfed in self pride, he continued his pull on Jupiter to finish him mission. Montolvo hears the clang of metal behind him, and continues his pull on earth, just thinking that his staff fell out of the wall because of the Dead Omega's weight.

"Its not over Montolvo..." says a weakened voice from behind him...
