Sorry if this has been asked previously, or if this is in the wrong board.

I was previously told about some software named "Sign" which could easily be used to make HUDs for FPSC and other programmes...
Has anyone heard of this software before? Is it any good?
And does anyone know where I can find a download/any info about this software?
