FPSC Classic Product Chat / Game Window Size?

Hi! Question: Is there a way to set the main window size when we run a compiled (exe) fpsc game? The reason why I'm asking is because I want to run another application next to it. Example; 70% of the window is fpsc and the other 30% of my pc screen is another application. I will appreciate any help.
