Hate to post a thread if there is already an answer out there, but I can't find a video, picture or even an accurate thread on this.
Im incredibly STOKED for this new efx, but yet aware that since it's announcement, there's been shaders and other mods with comparable effects. But at it's core, this thread is about finding the truth around EFX Mod Europa. As i've stated before, I haven't begun my FPSC efforts yet, as I would like all my pieces in place before the endeavor, and this is yet another attempt at enriching my knowledge before hand.
