I attempted to run the Dungeon tutorial but received the following error message:

Runtime Error 1514 - 24 bit depth not supported. Select either 16 or 32 bit mode at line 0.

I assume this is my video card's problem? I tried to uncomment the "set display mode" statement but received the same error message.

But I must admit that I'm trying this on my work PC (shame on me!) -- Windows 2000. I did verify that the latest Directx runtime was installed properly.

Any ideas?

Ack. Nevermind. I'm almost certain it's my video card. A measly 4 mb card...
