Well you can use it to manipulate WADs but it is a texture creator/editor, wad is just a bunch of textures compressed.

Wally is excellent for making BSP level textures for many engines,only thing is,is that really what bishop means?

It's a rather general question plus using the usual 'what's the best?'

Answer,none is best,the most efficient tool is you

Could also need help with UVMapping/painting his characters...Be more precise.

iv decided you guys need to start posting links to these files. just saying "Wally is free" isnt really informative (at least not to me) can we get some links?
