I made one some time ago, but I heard it's too cartoonish, so it's not that good, but it's something. Search for Hud Request and find my thread and there you should find one.

But I don't have script to mask always active.

you know a simple watermark would have done,

anyway to have a HUD always active you go to the build game menu and in the portion called global script you'll find all the lives HUDs, ammo huds etc, i'd recommend splitting your HUD into the same number of sections as there are there and just exchaging the default with you pictures/ HUD, think this'll work

Well your buddy 'silverwolf' ripped that from Star Wars: Republic Commando, so you might not want to use that in your game.
