Hey guys, after much for trying to fix my XM8, and the fact i cant UV map because i cant find any tutorials, i decided to get a model i had in a dream into 3ds max (I have yet to add smoothing to some parts of the gun, im not going to smooth it all because not everything needs to be smooth.)
Total Poly count = 734 polygons(New record for me)
Pictures
folded up stock and ... piece at the front where you hold it... (not sure what its called...)
What do i need to do?
Model a ammo mag
Make a high poly version and add detail, then figure out how to bake detail onto low poly model
Texture and possibly add bump and spec map
Bring it into FPSC and see what happens.
